Open Gym
If you prefer to train on your own or cannot always make the class times we have special memberships for Open Gym only use where you can follow your own programs.
Saturday morning classes
Our Saturday morning classes are longer workouts, normally done with a partner or a team, or you can brave it alone. It is the perfect time to bring a friend or spouse for the first time as its more social then during the week. A great class to meet other members from different class times.
Functional Fit
This class begins with a specific warm up, followed by the focus of the day (squat, deadlift, gymnastics etc). After a decent strength/skill portion we move into a workout that will ramp up those fitness levels.
In this style of training, you will improve total body strength, coordination, cardiovascular & respiratory endurance & much more. You won’t be thrown into the deep end as our coaches can scale all movements to suit your body and capabilities.
FAST Fit
Build your fitness using machines, bodyweight, light weights and low skill movements.
It is a great class where you don’t need to think, you can just come in and move to burn a heap of fat and build some excellent fitness.
